3kg of cannabis found in 28-year-old Singaporean's car at Woodlands Checkpoint

SINGAPORE - Three lots of cannabis analyzing 3kg were found concealed absent in a 28-year-old Singaporean man's car at Woodlands Checkpoint on Wednesday (June 7) night.


The man was associated with another Singaporean, a 21-yearold male, in his Singapore-documented car when they was halted with a gate official at 11.40evening, the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) and Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) explained in a mutual assertion on Friday (June 9).


Two lots of cannbis were found in the motor area along with a finally in a car start compartment.







They are alleged to have a complete of 3kg of cannabis, worth approximately $30,000.

The two guys were busted and paid to CNB regarding additional research.


If charged of trafficking greater than 500h of cannabis, the guys may encounter the death-penalty.








A thousand h of cannabis may supply the craving of about 143 abusers to get a week.


CNB had taken 1.2kg of cannabis only this week in an islandwide operation.
